Start with source water
Ask for TDS, hardness, turbidity, iron, manganese, odor, and microbial risk. These values decide the pretreatment, not just the RO host size.
Match capacity to the filling line
A 1T/h, 3T/h, 5T/h, or 10T/h system should be selected according to bottle size, filling speed, working hours, storage tank size, and future expansion.
Plan sterilization and storage together
Bottled water projects usually need UV or ozone with storage and distribution. The water system should match the filling line instead of being treated as a separate machine.
Ask for export support
For overseas projects, clear interface marks, electrical information, packing photos, consumables list, and remote installation guidance can reduce problems after arrival.
