Confirm actual water demand
Estimate water use per hour, daily operating hours, peak demand, storage tank size, and whether the plant plans to expand.
Check source water
Borehole, groundwater, municipal water, and river water need different pretreatment. A water report makes selection much more accurate.
Define target water quality
Industrial production, cleaning, beverage, and ultrapure water all have different requirements. The target decides whether RO alone is enough.
Plan maintenance before buying
Ask about filter replacement, RO membrane cleaning, pump protection, control system, and common spare parts.
